Here’s This Weekend’s Schedule For Rock 96.7

It never fails. You have some sort of function going on, you invite a bunch of friends and/or family over, and everybody fights over the music. "I want to hear Miley Cyrus!", or "Let's listen to Country music!" may be heard this weekend. If so, you need to do three things:

A) Punch that person in the face for their total lack of musical taste

B) Kick the offender out - after slashing their tires

C) Assert your authority and put on something that will please everybody...Rock 96.7!

10pm - Midnight Full Metal Jackie

This week Dave Brockie AKA Oderus of Gwar will be our guest on the show! I will premiere new Kill Devil Hill, and I will also be playing the winner of this weeks Metal Thunderdome AND tunes from Megadeth, Devildriver, Dethklok & More \m/

Sunday

8am - 10am Racing Rocks

Racing Rocks! with Riki Rachtman is a music-intensive program that provides rock fans coast-to-coast with news, exclusive insights, interviews and dedicated coverage from the world of NASCAR, primarily the Sprint Cup racing series.

7pm - 10pm Hangar 19

Join Cutter and special guest Chuck Billy from Testament as we debut tracks from their new double disc live album, Dark Roots of Thrash, before it hits stores this coming Tuesday. As Chuck explains why all their drummers are also eventually Slayer drummers, we will get a Power Set of Slayer tunes on.

Then, a Then and Now from God himself! Motorhead has just put out their 21st studio album. Plus old school metal from Metallica, Judas Priest, Lamb of God and more inside Hangar 19.

10pm - Midnight Chop Shop

This week is the 10th Annual Ozzy and Friends Halloween show with special guests Dave Navarro, Corey Taylor, Richard Patrick, Tony Iommi, Dave Murray and Zakk Wylde.

I will have dark and creepy music from Avenged Sevenfold, Alice Cooper, Pantera, Drowning Pool, Rob Zombie, Skillet and lots of Ozzy and Sabbath.
