Being Drunk Saves Man’s Life

Being super drunk does have its benefits, apparently. It saved this man’s life! Aleksander Andrzej, 32, was able to survive freezing cold temperatures because the amount of alcohol in his blood was so high. Andrzej, of Poland, was found lying on a park bench in nothing but his underwear, despite the wintry weather. He was taken to the hospital by police and had a blood alcohol content of nearly 30 times the legal limit for driving. That amount of alcohol could have killed him, but in this case, it kept him warm enough to stay alive! He’s expected to make a full recovery, but next time let’s hope he finds a slightly less dangerous way to brave the cold.
