Are you considering camping in Wyoming this summer?
Even if it's your first time or if you're on a budget, you could still head to the high country around Wyoming for under $300.
Summer jobs can be great, or they can be really crappy.
Not everyone gets the dream lifeguard gig, where you get to sit in the sun all day, work on your tan and chase tail around the local pool. Some people have to do actual physical labor, while sweating their balls off and hardly making any money.
With the weather finally turning for the better, us Casper folks are looking for any way possible to get outdoors and enjoy the warm temperatures. As any native will tell you, we have nine months of winter, three months of summer...with maybe a day or two of spring and fall mixed in.
One of the things my kids and I look forward to every summer are the snow cones. There's something about shaved ice topped with flavored syrup that can cool you to your core. I also love the fact that it's so darn cheap for how much you get of it! When you track down a snow cone stand, what flavor are you going to order?
Summer doesn't have to be all sticky fingers and screaming in outrage at overly buoyant straws. It turns out it's actually quite easy to enjoy the best season of the year -- all you need are these few simple life hacks. (And to man up and increase your tolerance for high temperatures.)
"It's so hot outside." "Can't summer be over?" "UGH. So hot outside. Thanks, Obama." That's what you think you sound like right now. "Blahblahblah mememe moomoomoo" is what your constant summer griping actually sounds like to me.
Man's it hot outside!
(How hot is it?)
It's so hot, I poured McDonald's coffee in my lap just to cool down!
Johnny Carson said that.
OK, so I'm not sure if he did or didn't, but I was watching Futurama last night, and Fry said that he did, so...
Gotta love summer. The outfits get smaller, the days get longer, and the to-do list gets daunting. Personally, I'll be spending the entire summer catching up on projects that I've been putting off for years. Procrastination is great...until it catches up with you...
Hey, did you notice it's summer outside? It's time to start working on that "beat the heat" thing, and since the neighbors gave us weird looks when we just held a hose over our head during the hottest hour of the day, we're thinking lemonade might be the way to go. Sure a tall glass of classic lemonade sounds good, but why drink that all summer long, when you can add stuff to it like teq
Summer. It’s the most wonderful time of the year. The weather’s warm, the grill is fired up and the kids are outside not bothering you. What’s not to love?
Summer cannot come soon enough. Summer brings warm temperatures, barbecues, and of course the Beartrap Summer Festival. The 2013 Beartrap Summer Festival is set to go off the weekend of August 3rd and 4th!
