Casper, Wyoming (March 23, 2017) – The City of Casper is now accepting sealed bids for Fire Station No. 6 located at 270 Valley Drive. Due to significant interest in this property, the City has scheduled a walk-through of the building on Thursday, March 30, 2017, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
Fire Station No. 6 is zoned C-2 (General Business), has an “As-Is,” containing 11,550 square feet, with a “Market Value” of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000) based on the January 23, 2017, appraisal. This property will be sold “as-is, where-is” and the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
