Tuesday Metal Mania – Metallica “One” [VIDEO]

Remember when MTV stood for Music Television? They actually showed videos all day. Of course, the negative side to this is they also ushered in an age of music where it mattered more about how you looked than how you sounded, but for the sake of this article, that's a moot point.

When this video hit the airwaves in 1989, I was blown away. Prior to this, most music videos featured weirdos in funny hats singing about who-knows-what. Metallica said "Eff The Norm!" and combined one of the greatest songs of all time - from "...And Justice For All", one of the greatest albums of all time, in my own opinion - with clips from the twisted movie "Johnny Got His Gun". What they ended with was an awesomely disturbing mixture of sensations that blow you away. Take the next 7:45, sit back, and enjoy this blast from the past!
