Walker, a resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana has had her home burglarized 3 different times by the same 3 individuals! During the previous attack, the assailants made off with a flat screen television from the basement of her townhouse. This particular time however, her grandson was home and Melinda had decided she'd had enough.
Earlier this week Axl Rose’s legal claims against video makers Activision suffered a blow when the allegations of fraud were dismissed. However, with another claim still on the table for breach of contract, a new court date has been set for Feb. 1, 2013.
Axl Rose‘s ongoing quest to wrest a $20 million judgment from video game makers Activision was dealt a setback yesterday (August 14), when a judge indicated Rose’s allegations of fraud would be dismissed — but he allowed another claim in the suit to stand, leaving the legal battle open for another round.
According to MSNBC.com, Publisher Activision confirms that Guitar Hero is no more, writing, "due to continued declines in the music genre, the company will disband Activision Publishing's Guitar Hero business unit and discontinue development on its Guitar Hero game for 2011...
