Named for Elmer Lovejoy, the longtime Laramie resident credited with building the first horseless carriage in Wyoming and inventing the garage door opener, the restaurant has been a popular local hangout since 1994.
According to Thrillist, they "make the best damn no-frills wings in cattle country."
The article also praises their sweet Thai Chili sauce and their Canadian Poutine, which is offered as a side.
