Wyoming – State With the Least Amount of Couch Potatoes
A recent report researched every state in the United States with one question in mind: How many people are actually willing to get off the couch and do something productive? The results are far from surprising.
Wyoming earns the number nine spot in this report. Earning points for the variety of hiking and biking trails, and a majority of adults enjoying a recommended amount of physical activity each week.
The State of Hawaii topped the Top 5 Most fit states. Still impressive considering, only 20% of the residents in that state were considered obese. They we followed behind Colorado, Minnesota, South Dakota and Utah.
Sadly 25% of the rest of Americans do absolutely zero physical activity every week.
