I get jealous all the time over the simplest things. If the dude in front of me gets a little extra ice-cream, I get jealous. If the guy passing me has a nicer vehicle, I get jealous. If my wife's latest boyfriend is better looking than me, I get...well, not really jealous considering he's keeping her busy, and out of my hair.
