What Is The Best Restaurant In Town?

Over the past couple of years, we've seen a slew of restaurants come to our little windy city. Every time a new one opens, the lines are long, and the time spent sitting at your table is even longer. Eventually, things mellow out enough that you can actually enjoy spending time eating their grub.

Usually, I wait a month or so after a new eatery has opened before I try its wares. Usually. When Buffalo Wild Wings opened up, I think I only lasted a week before I had to check it out. Food was ok, service was good, and atmosphere was great. Of course, dropping $45 for two people to eat lunch wasn't fun, but that's the way it goes.
