WATCH: Insane Flooding near Elementary School in Billings

There's a new video that shows how crazy the recent flooding in Billings, Montana has been. This footage was captured near Alkali Creek Elementary school.

The Montana state website and National Weather Service are some of the many places where flood warnings for Billings have been issued over the past few days. Jennifer Jodrey shared this video on Facebook last night.
