Veterinarian Plays Doctor

An ex-veterinarian in West Virginia disguised himself as a doctor and snuck into patients' hospital rooms at night. But it was what he did in the rooms that makes this case really strange. One patient awoke to find a bandaged monkey hanging from the ceiling, a bandaged teddy bear, notes about castration around his room and cotton balls placed on his private parts. Security staff was able to locate the suspect, Stephen Mahnken, who claimed he did the whole thing as a prank. But it's not the first time Mahnken has been in trouble with the law. He was stripped of his veterinarian license after allegations of drug abuse in 2009. Seems like he might still be on the stuff!
