Traffic Backed Up at 13th and Wyoming Blvd.

We have reports that the traffic lights at 13th street and Wyoming Boulevard are blinking, and that is holding up traffic near the Fairgrounds.

Traffic is reportedly backed for several blocks. if you are headed that way, it would be advisable to avoid that area if possible.
