A group of young entrepreneurs braved a cold and soggy Saturday morning to show off their lemonade stand creations and vie for top honors, this ahead of the big Lemonade Day on June 24th.

Jacobi Jackson won the top award, which came with ribbons and prizes including a party at Jump Craze and a brand new tablet. Jacobi and Mom Tiffany said they spent about two weeks putting together the stand.

Lemonade Day, with Hilltop National Bank, is a strategic 14-step process that walks youth from a dream to a business plan, while teaching them the same principles required to start any big company. Inspiring kids to work hard and make a profit, they are also taught to spend some, save some and share some by giving back to their community.

Lemonade Day in Casper is scheduled for Saturday, June 24th. Hundreds of stands will be set up all over the community. Stop by and support our local kids who are learning about starting their first business!
