The YMCA of Natrona County is inviting Y members, and the community as a whole, to participate in a national challenge, called STRONG.

If you're a fan of HBO's "Game of Thrones," then you might know its character The Mountain. He's been featured off and on since the show's first season by various actors, but in the most recent season was portrayed by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson. The 26-year-old from Iceland has had an incredibly impressive strongman career.
