Of all the things to steal, why this? A Maine woman was arrested last Tuesday for attempting to steal two scented toilet paper holders from a Family Dollar store. Jennifer Poors, 25, tried to conceal the roll holders – valued at a whopping $1 each - in her sweatshirt pocket.
