This video comes to us from a Planet Fitness. Apparently, Planet Fitness offers its members free pizza from time to time, which seems counterproductive in our opinion.

All my life, I've never had upper body strength. I could barely do a pull-up in gym class, I could never climb the rope and my bench pressing skills were usually pretty dismal. Now that I'm older and have even less upper body strength, I saw this video and maybe there's hope for me in going back to the gym...

When this video for this Korean workout infomercial popped up on YouTube, I was immediately intrigued. Not by the amazing workout this product can give you, not for the technology that was put into this device, but for what it makes you do. And what it makes you do looks amazingly like something else.

So my boss forwards me this link and tells me, "use this on Rock's website!" So I look it over and I am a bit perplexed. Is he trying to imply that my ass could use some better definition? Or was he just enamored with all the pictures of beautiful asses...

You can never be as awesome as Batman, but at least you can be as fit as him.
