Buford, Wyoming. Population: 1. Don Sammons, 60, lives in the ultimate small town. He’s the only resident! Sammons left Los Angeles in 1980 with his wife and they bought the tiny hamlet as a way to escape their busy lifestyle. There were seven people living there at the time, but they all eventually moved away by the mid-1990s.
