Police arrested six people in a drug bust on the east side of Casper, and almost didn't find three of the people involved.

Just after 11am on Monday, October 5th, officers went to a house on Hamilton Way, near Sun Drive, because they believed they had found some people that had a warrant for their arrest on unrelated matters.

When the suspects spotted the Police, they closed all the doors to the residence, and police set up a perimeter.

One person later exited the house with several children and was taken into custody, while another was arrested outside and admitted to being a cop watcher.

Once a search warrant was obtained, police entered the residence and found various meth paraphernalia.

They also found several false doors in the basement, and three people hiding in the walls, all of which were taken into custody.

All six were arrested for either possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, child endangerment meth, and/or interference with a peace officer.
