My issue is I'm sick of picking up dog crap in my yard. We have lived in our home for almost 7 years now and our immediate neighbors dogs have always crapped in our yard. Everyday at 5 am they let their dogs out their front door to run the neighborhood and crap and piss wherever they wish. I have yelled and screamed at the dogs and even chased them out of our yard. When I called Metro they asked well do you have any proof its their dogs? Of course I said "yes there is dog crap in my yard". Metro said well you have to have more proof than that.
