Who Is This Politician and Why Did He Wet Himself?

Guess you could say this lawmaker is a member of the G-O-Pee.

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos was giving a speech recently when it looks suspiciously like he wet himself. Is he just this excited at leading his country? Is he overly-proud of his nation’s coffee production? Did he have a bad reaction to some of the fine Colombian cocaine we always hear about?

We’ll never really know, which is tragic -- almost as tragic as, you know, wetting your pants in front of a crowd while the cameras roll for the rest of civilization to see it.
