The festival announcements keep piling in! The latest to be announced is the Rock USA fest, which will be held in Oshkosh, Wis. between July 13 and 15 at Ford Festival Park. It's going to be a heavy weekend with the Prince of Darkness -- Ozzy Osbourne -- joining Avenged Sevenfold and the mighty Slayer as this year's headliners.

"Last year was a pivotal point in the history of this festival," said Rock USA promoter Derek Liebhauser (via Blabbermouth). "We made some big decisions to enhance the overall festival experience for our fan. The response has been overwhelming for us."
