Nothing More Chill Than Watching a Wyoming Bison Migration
There's a new video that the internet can't get enough of apparently. It's a simple video of bison migrating, but it's about as chill as you can get in a Wyoming kind of way.
This video was captured near Kelly, Wyoming. That's right about here.
Here's their description of what they caught on video:
Taken near Kelly, Wyoming in Grand Teton National Park. This is the bison migration. They are heading to the National Elk Refuge for the winter. This group of 80+ bison consists of bull, cows and calves that were born in the spring of 2018. Please enjoy some of Wyoming's magnificent animals.
If you're new to the world of bison in Wyoming, this is part of their winter ritual. World Wildlife detailed some of the many things that bison do to survive the winter. In Wyoming, this is one of them.
This video has gone viral this week for all the right reasons. It's a simple video reminder of why we have it so good in Wyoming.
