The thunderstorms that drenched central Wyoming and sparked small fires on Friday evening also cause power outages throughout the state, with most of them in central Wyoming.

Rocky Mountain Power spokeswoman Tiffany Erickson said up to 1,200 customers were affected at the height of the problems throughout the state.

Erickson added Company crews were expecting to restore all power by Saturday.

The outages were reported near Antelope Hills and Homa Hills, Evansville, Brookhurst, and south of Wright.
