IRS Scam: Crime Stoppers Crime of the Week
The Casper Police Department would like to warn citizens about the IRS Scam that is still occurring. A person will call impersonating an IRS Agent. They will tell you that you owe money to the Internal Revenue Service. This is a scam!
If you get a phone call like this, you can go to the Treasury Inspector General website at www.tigta.gov and file a report.
