Garbage Pail Kids, the Wacky Packages of the mid-’80s, has returned with a new, limited-edition series dedicated to their favorite musical acts. In the 10 sets, they’ve mostly taken aim at alternative and indie heroes like Beck, Arcade Fire and Radiohead.

Over at Topps’ website, you can see all the entries in the American as Apple Pie in Your Face: Best of the Fest collection. Each set contains two stickers with the same image but bearing a different name. For example, Radiohead become “Radio Dead” and have “Tortured Thom” front and center, while “Decked Beck” and “Hammy Hansen” are seen exiting the “I’m a Loser Clothing Store” wearing a cowboy outfit. They poke fun at Morrissey's veganism by having "Meaty Morrissey" and "Sacrilege Smith" being surrounded by hamburgers, hot dogs and bacon.

Other targets are the Cure, Death Cab for Cutie and the Red Hot Chil Peppers. But it’s not entirely devoted to alternative bands. There are also stickers for Guns N’ Roses, the Roots and Dead and Company — the group featuring three original members of the Grateful Dead and John Mayer.

However, the collection is only available for this week. Each set costs $9.99 for two stickers, and all 10 can be purchased for $49.99.

Garbage Pail Kids were first created by Topps in 1985 to cash in on the Cabbage Patch Kids craze, and were discontinued in 1988, a year after The Garbage Pail Kids Movie famously bombed at the box office. The series was relaunched in 2003.
