Last week, we talked about how Walgreens had to pull Hanukkah paper off the shelves because the design on the paper contained swastikas.

Seriously? How does something like that happen?

Well, something similar has happened again.

A mother in Tulsa, Okla., walked into a dollar store with her 4-year-old recently. The kid pumped a few coins into a vending machine and what came out outraged the mother, KOKI-TV Fox 23 reported.

The toy was a ring with a swastika on it. Yup, a swastika.

Obviously, this is causing all sorts of problems.

While the owner of the store's vending machine says the rings will be removed, that still doesn't answer why they were in there in the first place.
