Meet Oskaar. He lives in Reykjavik, Iceland's capital and largest city.

While Reykjavik may have the hustle and bustle of a big city, one thing it lacks is light. More specifically, it lacks sunlight.

Oskaar's cousin lives in Washington and was apparently bitching about a one-hour time change for Daylight Saving Time.

Since Oskaar only has three hours of sunlight a day during winter, he doesn't have much sympathy for his cuz.
