Free Beer & Hot Wings: Did a Black Hawk Helicopter Drop Candy On a Halloween Party? [Video]

On Tuesday, we posted the story about an unsanctioned sexy bikini shoot going on at a Army National Guard facility in Utah.

And today, we have this: Apparently the Arizona National Guard wanted in on the negative publicity as well.

Last week while a Halloween party was going on in a suburban Arizona neighborhood, a Black Hawk helicopter swooped down, hovered for a minute or so and appeared to drop some small packages, KSAZ-TV reported.

Neighbors, of course, were stunned with this action. One witness said that the chopper appeared to drop candy to the Halloween party.

Of course, an investigation is under way.

Nothing will come of it and no one will be reprimanded, though.
