Casper Rec Center Hosting Super Group Personal Training
One of the biggest deterrents to workout regimens is simply the fact that most people have no idea how to begin. How much weight should you lift? What machines work which muscles? How often should you work out?
The Casper Rec Center is hosting a "Super Group Personal Training Class" to help people answer those questions, as well as any others you may have. If the only thing holding you back from hitting the gym is ignorance, read the press release below, then take advantage of this class. Your body will thank you!
Come and try out this new popular class and get a kick-start on your weight loss and toning goals in Super Group Personal Training mini session. Participants will work closely with a personal trainer in a small group setting. Learn what equipment to use to strengthen and tone all of your major muscle groups, how much you should be lifting, and how often is right for you. Information on nutrition will also be discussed. This intense, 2-week session will allow you to set goals and prepare to start achieving them in this class! Classes will be held at the Casper Recreation Center on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6-7:30 am beginning August 18.
Participants are raving about this new class instructed by personal trainer Sebastian Quintero, a certified personal trainer who is fluent in both English and Spanish. $38 Recreation Center members, $46 non-members. Advance registration is required.
