An inmate of the Casper Re-entry Center and the employee of the facility who allegedly helped him escape last month were caught in central Georgia on Friday, according to the Natrona County Sheriff's Office.

The news release did not give any other information.

Richard Fountaine, 29, and Kimberly Belcher, 25, were reported seen in Monroe County, Ga., on Thursday, according to a news release from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

According to Natrona County Circuit Court records, Fountaine left the CRC, 10007 Landmark Drive, about 9:45 p.m. Dec. 28.

He climbed a wall, climbed a chain link fence and entered a light-colored Sport Utility Vehicle.

After interviewing inmates and staff, a Sheriff's deputy had probable cause to believe he was with CRC employee Kimberly Belcher. The deputy obtained a cell phone number for Belcher, who gave Fountaine a cell phone while he was at the CRC. The CRC is a halfway house program for inmates who are required to work as part of their rehabilitation.

Meanwhile, Fountaine's brother contacted the deputy and told him Fountaine had called him, saying he was with Belcher and they were traveling to Texas.

In the search warrant request, the deputy wrote cell phone providers can track a phone's location through cell phone towers, Global Positioning System coordinates, and text messages to identify the users' location, direction of travel, and persons contacted.

Fountaine is 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs about 148 lbs. He has blond hair, hazel eyes and numerous tattoos all over his body.

Besides being convicted of burglary in Park County, Fountaine along with Jennifer Fountaine went on a multi-state crime spree in 2016.
