As we approach Independence Day 2019, the Casper Police Department reminds motorist to "drive sober or get pulled over" in a new video.

The official Casper Police Department Facebook page posted a short video along with the following message:

Fourth of July Safety Message: Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over
Have you started making your Fourth of July plans yet? You've got time. Plan ahead.

On the Fourth of July, and every day, drivers are shown zero tolerance for drunk driving. Don’t risk it: If you’re drunk, get a sober ride home. You could save a life.

A DUI arrest could cost you $10,000 in fees and fines, your license, or worse—your life. Help us keep the streets safe this Independence Day:

Remember, if you've had too much to drink and need a ride, Natrona County Safe Ride is a convenient and free option. For more details click here or ask a server/bartender.
