Black History Month Menu – Is It Racist?

A buddy of mine took a picture of this dinner selection on the menu where he is. I ask you, is it racist?

I mean, I love all of those things on the menu, but did they have to label it as such? Or maybe there's nothing wrong with it. What do you think?
