Smoking

I've been smoking everyday since I was 15. That's 20 years of inhaling and exhaling...and I don't want to stop! The problem is, smokes are expensive, I smell like a taxi cab, and I have no idea what food really tastes like. I've tried everything over the years...

Smokers in Wyoming might soon be paying up to an additional $1 per pack of cigarettes if a new proposed tax is passed by the Wyoming legislature.

In light of recent talk of the City of Casper revisiting the indoor smoking ban, E-Cigarettes seem to be a sort of loophole.  Are these "smoking" devices covered by the ban?  Are E-Cigarette users allowed to puff on these indoors in Casper businesses?

It has been about three months since Casper has been "smoke free".  September 1, 2012 marked the first day of a new era of smoke free establishments in Casper.  How is Casper living with the change?
