To get you ready for this Saturday's bout against the Cheyenne Capidolls (at the fairgrounds industrial building...doors at 6, bout at 7, tickets at Sonic Rainbow and our studios, 150 N. Nichols) The A'Salt Creek Roller Girls give you an inside look into their community service requirements:

In addition to passing out hard hits, bruises and occasional rides in an

ambulance, the A'Salt Creek Roller Girls have spent much time helping in the community.  As part of a requirement to be an active member of the team, each skater is expected to volunteer in the community.

Some girls have spent some time at the Casper Humane Society, playing with

kittens or walking dogs.  While other girls have graciously donated time to sorting food at local food banks.

Since the team began the A'Salt Creek Roller Girls have made several monitary donations to many local agencies in the community.  The girls are proud to have donated to The Seton House, Healthcare for the Homeless,  and the Casper Humane Society.  This month, proceeds from their bout this Saturday will benefit Interfaith.

The A'Salt Creek Roller Girls love to volunteer!  You may have seen them jumping into the friged pool for the Jackalope Jump or shooting spares and strikes for Jason's Friends.  The girls have served patrons for Stage III, promoted helmet safety for Safe Kids and most recently giving away books at the Back to School Bash.

Of course, the A'Salt Creek Roller Girls would not be able to give so much

without the help and continued support of thier fans!  They are amazed at the gracious support they recieve at thier bouts!  Nothing means more to them than to have so many rooting them on.  So come on out and support them this Saturday!
