Philadelphia Police Punches Woman in the Face [VIDEO]

Sunday, in Philadelphia, held a Puerto Rican Day Parade which brought tourists from all over the area. It was supposed to be a fun parade, but it certainly didn't end that way.

At the beginning of the video, you can see a guy splash the police officers with water. Unfortunately for a woman passing by, who happen to be holding a bottle of water, the police assumed she was the one who splashed them and was greeted with a punch in the face for it.
