Man Was Fired on First Day at Work Because He Was High – Is It Fair?

Poor Steve. He runs his own business and is having problems finding good employees who don't show up to work on drugs. He put an ad on Criagslist specifically stating 'no drug addicts'. Well, one of his new employees showed up high and was fired on the spot. Does he deserve a second chance?

The business owner apparently saw all the signs of someone on drugs, tripping over himself and slurring his words. He was able to get them to admit they were on prescription pain pills.
