Wyoming’s Coolest Truck Stops
Wyoming is a major thoroughfare for truck drivers traveling across interstates 80 and 25. It's uniquely rural, creating a massive need for truck stops between cities. Not only do truckers rely on these stops, most motorists treking across Wyoming do.
There are a lot of potential candidates for Wyoming's best truck stop, but here's some of our favorites...
- 1
Hat Six Travel Plaza
CasperHat Six Travel Plaza has only been open for a couple years, but is already number one on our list. This stop just outside of Casper city limits includes dozens of fuel pumps, plenty of room to move around, two pet runs, a deli, a Mexican restaurant, and a liquor store. Additionally, the staff is friendly and the bathrooms are well maintained.
- 2
Little America
CheyenneLittle America has been nominated on many lists as one of the best truck stops in all of America. The fueling area is spacious for truckers and the showers and bathrooms are cleanly. The grounds features a scenic golf course and hotel.

Sapp Brothers
CheyenneThe Sapp Brother's chain is a huge favorite among the trucker community, and the one just east of Cheyenne doesn't disappoint. It can be a bit busy with the popular steakhouse next door, T-Joe's. But, the close proximity to a great steak is also a positive.

Crueljack's Travel Plaza
Rock SpringsCureljack's isn't cruel at all. It offers the best respite in Sweetwater County, plenty of space to fuel up for cars and trucks, and a wide selection of merchandise inside of the store. They have their own restaurant and an A&W inside.

Petro
LaramiePetro is our top pick for the Gem City. The truck stop is just northwest of town along I-80 and features their own restaurant. Additionally, Petro has great shower facilities and laundry service.
