CODY, Wyo. (AP) — A Wyoming woman is denying charges that she conspired and helped kill her boyfriend, whose body was found decapitated along a remote dirt road northwest of Powell.

27-year-old Sandra Garcia on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to conspiring and aiding in the death. Her brother, 28-year-old Pedro Garcia Jr., denied the same charges Monday.

Authorities found the headless body of Juan Antonio Guerra-Torres in January 2014. His left arm and right hand were also removed.

Garcia is being held without bond and her brother remains in custody following Park County District Judge Steve Cranfill's decision not to reduce his $1 million bail.
