Back in July, organizers of the Rockin' the Railroad Festival in Sheridan, Wyoming, were forced to cancel their annual concert due to "unforeseen circumstances". Although they promised to fully refund ticket holders within 60 days, many fans are still waiting for their money.

According to KOTATV, promoters finally started sending out refund checks recently. However, many of those checks have reportedly bounced. One disgruntled fan has even filed a complaint against the concert organizers in small claims court.

A representative for the promoter, who also produces the annual Big Horn Country USA Festival, claims that they will reissue refunds to any fans who received a bounced check.
