Woman Writes ‘Single Mom’ On Bill In Lieu of Paying Tip – Is This Right?

This picture has been popping around the Internet for a couple of days. I want to hear your opinion on it. Look how much she paid and let me know if you think she was in her right to not leave a tip because she's a single mom.

This first part of me thinks if she paid that much at a restaurant (I'm assuming it was a restaurant), she can afford a tip as well. The same side of me wonders if the waitress was also a single mom.
