Which State Has the Most Contestants in the 2018 CNFR?
We are just days away from the start of the College National Finals Rodeo and contestants from all over the country will be coming to Casper to ride for glory!
Currently, a total of 391 contestants are registered to compete from the 11 different NIRA regions in the 2018 CNFR. Some will be coming from as far away as Massachusetts and Florida with 11 contestants coming from locations in Canada.
Texas is the state with the most contestants qualified with 42 and California, Idaho, South Dakota and Utah each being represented well with between 21-41 contestants from each state.
Wyoming will be represented in the range of 11-20 cowboys and cowgirls at this year's CNFR.
The best of the best from 11 different regions (Big Sky Region, Central Plains Region, Central Rocky Mountain Region, Grand Canyon Region, Great Plains Region, Northwest Region, Ozark Region, Rocky Mountain Region, Southern Region, Southwest Region and West Coast Region) will have a chance to bring home a national championship for their respective schools and school teams will be competing for the overall championships in both men's and women's completions.

The College National Finals Rodeo will be in Casper at the Casper Events Center beginning June 9th and running through the finally performance on Saturday, June 16th. Tickets are available through SinclairTix.com or CNFR.com
