If you're anything like me, a random thought can ruin any chance you have of a good night's sleep. I'll be dead tired, almost asleep before I hit the pillow, and suddenly I think about something at work. What was promising to be a nice 8 hour nap, now turns into 3 hours of me trying to force myself into dreamland. Sometimes, life just kicks you in the ding ding.
