What Is The Worst Intersection In Casper? [POLL]

I was cruising around this past weekend, and I kept thinking that whoever designed the streets of Casper must have found some sort of LSD stash, because we have some majorly messed up intersections. There are a couple of instances of three streets at one stoplight (I'm talking about you, Center and Collins and 5th). There are also lights that refuse to turn green for longer than 10 seconds.
