Saturday night, a Nebraska family drove to Fort Collins to celebrate their daughter's 7th birthday at her favorite restaurant, Chuck E. Cheese.

Unfortunately, they won't be going back any time soon.

Alyssa Rivas claims she approached an employee to help repair a broken arcade game when she witnessed him watching pornography on his cellphone.

After reporting the incident to a Chuck E. Cheese employee that evening, the family left and placed a phone call to management the following day.

Unsatisfied with their response, Rivas and her husband returned to the restaurant Sunday to follow up on the compaint. A verbal atlercation ensued and the family was asked to leave.

Mintues later, Rivas received a call from the Fort Collins Police Department, who had responded to a report of a "hostile man". Rivas claims she was given the number of the Chuck E. Cheese corporate office in Texas and warned not to return to the store.

A spokesperson for CEC Entertainment, which operates nearly 600 franchises across the country, contended the Chuck E. Cheese employee was not watching pornography and characterized the incident as a "misunderstanding".
