Arguments can be healthy for a relationship, if both sides understand that today's problems are tomorrow's memories. Over the years, I've seen many people get divorced over little tiffs that escalated into all out brawls...and usually over the most mundane of topics.

I've been married for over 17 years, and we've had our fair share if squabbles...usually ending up with me apologizing. Not that I'm always wrong (well, it depends on who you ask), but mainly because we both know that we're in it for the long haul, and we won't let something trivial come between us. We also both have gotten to the point that we hate sleeping alone, and I've only spent a handful of nights on the couch. When that does occur, she usually comes out and lays with me. We wake up refreshed, mellowed, and ready for another day...with last night's argument in the very back of our mind.

EVERY couple argues. It's the nature of the beast...put two people together for an extended period of time, and they'll eventually rub each other the wrong way. So, what do you and your spouse find yourself arguing about the most? If your #1 issue isn't in the poll, add it! We'll post the results tomorrow, so you can see just how normal you are.
