For those of us that reside in the Cowboy State, we pretty much know that it's a lot safer here, compared to California and New York, even with the recent spike in our violent crime rate. But no matter what, Wyoming is a great place to live. Whether it's our beautiful outdoor scenery, great outdoor sporting like skiing, snowboarding & hunting, our way above average economy or the booming energy industry, the Equality State is just the perfect place to live/visit.

Recently, a real estate brokerage site called Movoto published a ranking of the 10 safest places in our lovely state. You may be happy to know cities like Glenrock and Evansville made the cut. It's very interesting as well to see how they formulated the list. Some of the facts may surprise you.
