Weirdo Gives The Oddest Hurricane Isaac Report You’ll Ever See [VIDEO]

One of my co-workers walks into my studio this morning and says "Dude, you have to check out this video. It's perfect for your website!" Usually when someone says that to me, they really mean "this is weird, and there's no way it will ever get on a respectable website...so have at it!"

Being the glutton for punishment that I am, I took a peek. I am now sticky, lost, and pretty confused. I don't know if this dude has special needs, or what, but he looks like he has to poop. Here's what my co-worker sent with the video:

There's a guy in Nova Scotia named Frankie MacDonald who posts weird, over-the-top weather reports on YouTube.

His latest video is a warning for people in the U.S. to prepare for Hurricane Isaac.

Like his other videos, he's basically just shouting into the camera the whole time.
