War Vet Quilts Panty Blanket [VIDEO]

A Vietnam vet with the nickname “Shovelhead” doesn’t really seem like the type who would take up quilting. But unusual hobbies are what Louis Garrett is all about! The motorcycle-loving Louisiana, Missouri native has created a quilt made out of women’s panties! The man with the scraggly-beard and missing teeth said the quilt was a natural progression from his mannequin collection, which he had been dressing up in lingerie. Garrett said most of the women he knows have donated their own panties to the quilt, but he has certain criteria. “No polyester. I don’t want them cheap, dollar store, not sexy, farm-girl panties. I want classy – silk or nylon,” he said.
