The original Velvet Revolver line-up got together last Thursday to perform four tunes during the Benefit for John O'Brien at the HOB Hollywood. Ex-frontman Scott Weiland is back with his original group Stone Temple Pilots, who are getting ready for a 20 year celebration of their debut album "Core", and had agreed to this one-off show...but don't get your hopes up for a full on tour. Velvet Revolver is still looking for a new lead singer to take Weiland's place. (Banana 101.5 is reporting Jimmy Gnecco is the favorite as of now)

Among the tunes they played is a cover of Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here", their breakthrough rock tune "Slither", "Sucker Train Blues", and "She Builds Quick Machines". Below is all four tunes...Enjoy!
